PROFILE

 

I have practiced a wide variety of law in the public and private sector, civil and criminal, litigation and transactional, representing plaintiffs and defendants, from 1998 to the present.

 

EXPERIENCE

As a general practice attorney, I handle many areas of the law: from contracts; personal injury; estate planning; estate administration; family; motor vehicle; real estate; construction; incorporation of small businesses; employment and civil rights matters; to misdemeanors, DUIs, and expungement.  I have practiced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County Courts of Common Pleas.  I have taken appeals to the aforementioned courts, in addition to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
