As an attorney in the practice of law, I have concentrated in real estate matters as well as litigation involving divorce, construction law, business law and most areas of real estate development, including:  zoning, land development, leasing, purchase and sale of real estate.  Estate Planning, drawing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills as well as the administration of Estates and Trusts are handled in our office every day

 

We have drafted documents and represented parties in leasing virtually all types of real estate including:  residential transactions, commercial and industrial sales, as well as purchases, financing arrangements of all types of real estate. I also have the NMLS designation as a licensed mortgage loan originator.

 

Litigation including: zoning appeals, construction litigation, arbitrations, tax assessment appeals, in Montgomery County Court, Philadelphia County Court, Bucks County Court, and Chester, Delaware, Northampton County Courts.  Appeals have been taken to the following Courts:  Commonwealth Court, Superior Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Federal US District Court-Eastern District of Pennsylvania,  Third Circuit Court of Appeals and US Supreme Court.  I am admitted to all these Courts and have a Certificate of Good Standing from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. 

 

 

 

 

Patrick J. McMonagle, Esquire


As a general practice attorney, I handle many areas of the law: from contracts; personal injury; estate planning; estate administration; family; motor vehicle; real estate; construction; incorporation of small businesses; employment and civil rights matters; to misdemeanors, DUIs, and expungement.

 

I have practiced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County Courts of Common Pleas.  I have taken appeals to the aforementioned courts, in addition to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

I assist the attorneys to analyze and summarize depositions, prepare and answer interrogatories, draft procedural motions and other routine briefs, perform legal research and analysis, draft research memos, and perform case and project management. Additionally, I often handle drafting  paper work in probate cases, divorce actions, bankruptcies, and investigations.
